Breakfast was awesome and was not monotonous. The staff were all very friendly apart from 1 lady at the spa. She was chit chatting with a young guy who was behind the desk . Date was 27th and it was around 6pm ish. I stopped by to enquire about their services and the young lad at the desk said "Yes?". So I started asking about their services and rates and the female staff interrupted and said "Can't you see I am talking? Am I not a human being? You should let me finish my conversation then ask". I apologised and left, but I was fuming. The sad part is that we were 5 of us who would have used your spa services and because of that incident I never went back. Unfortunately, the spa lost out on good business. You are in a customer related business and for you "Customer is King" even when they are wrong. In this instance that wasn't even the case. I brought this to your attention so that a repeat performance does not happen with another client. Just one staff can ruin the reputation of your place. Staff should be trained to be polite at all times. In fact, I went in because the young lad welcomed me to inquire. At no point did he intervene as well.

The staff was amazing, everyone was beyond polite. The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. It was mainly Asian influenced cuisine, but we got the chance to try new dishes. The staff were very attentive with our allergies and they always made sure to inform us in advance of the ingredients. The cleaning staff made a great job every single day, everything was sparkling all the time. They changed our bedsheets daily, which was a very nice bonus. The gym is very well stacked with gear and kits. The hotel has a coffee bar behind the Reception, it's called Roastery Station. That's where I had the best coffee in my life. If you are there, try the manual brew, and if you are lucky to be on Mohammed's shift, take the time to see how he prepares the coffee, it's from another world.

It is a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay there for 3 nights in the 2-bedroom apartment at a reasonable price. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff (Especially I thank Mr. Shameer for helping me to rearrange my shuttle bus reservations), very kind and friendly restaurant staff, a very clean and comfortable room and facilities, a great gym that is open 24 hours. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Overall it was beyond our expectations. I would consider it again to stay on our next trip to Dubai.

Very clean hotel. Housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast has a good variety and good timing. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Very close to all attractions so good to get taxi or bolt. Family friendly hotel. Has a lovely spa reasonably priced. Lots of little areas that you can relax in. Has a really big supermarket below and Children playground across road.

Excellent staff, service, breakfast, size of rooms, simply everything. I have spent many years working in a hospitality around the world. Staff in Hyatt was always helpful with a smile on their face. Management should thank them regularly because they do amazing work. I have already sent my recomendation to my friends who are planning the trip to Dubai.
